purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of colors will be exactly accurate.
Product descriptions are provided in good faith and are subject to change
without notice.

2.3 Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any
time. The price charged for an order will be the price in effect at the time
the order is placed.

2.4 Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until NAV PACIFIC confirms and accepts the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion,
in which case a full refund will be issued.

2.5 Stock Availability

All products are subject to availability. Since we sell physical inventory that we manage ourselves, stock is limited. If an item is out of stock after your order is
placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

2.6 Limitation of Liability

NAV PACIFIC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or store. Our maximum liability is limited
to the amount paid for the order in question.
