5.1 Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped directly from Pohnpei, Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) via the local post office. Due to this, Shipping may cost more when shipped to the mainland US because of a required 3rd party shipper in Guam.
5.2 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
5.3 Estimated Delivery Times
Please note these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to customs, postal delays, or other factors beyond our control.
- FSM (Domestic): 3–7 business days
- United States: 10–21 business days
- International: 15–30 business days
5.4 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. We charge actual shipping costs without markup.
5.5 Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been
shipped. Please note that tracking updates may be limited for international
shipments from FSM.
5.6 Customs and Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are outside our control.
