4.1 All Sales Are Final

All sales made through NAV PACIFIC are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason other than those
stated below.

4.2 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from
what was described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
  • A description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement (subject to stock
availability) or a store credit at our discretion. Contact us at:

4.3 Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the postal service and tracking shows no delivery,
please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue on a
case-by-case basis.

4.4 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address
provided at checkout.
